Thomas Brewer (Tom) is the newest member of the Rotary of Damariscotta-Newcastle, Maine. Tom is Emeritus Faculty at Georgetown University (Retired), he is the author of a textbook on climate change, and other books/articles on the subject. He has a BA in Economics and Political Science, a MA in International Relations and Ph.D. in Business. The father of 4 adult daughters, he is a full year resident in Newcastle.
